Treasures nappies: review a giveaway

Since Alexander was born, we have only ever used Huggies nappies. That's mostly because it was the brand our hospital uses and because it works well, it never occurred to me to change brands. So when Treasures sent me a pack of their nappies to try, I have to admit I did so with some skepticism, thinking they can't be as good.
Alexander is newly mobile and loves nothing more than rolling and crawling all over the place, so it is important that his nappies fit well so as to prevent leakage. Treasures nappies have a stretchy waistband and soft leg cuffs that seemed to do the trick.
The real test, however, was whether it would last through the night with no leaks. Now that bub is sleeping through the night, the last thing I want is for him to wake up in the wee hours because of a wet nappy. To my delight and relief, he sleeps through for 11 hours with Treasures and still no leaks!

The nappies are slim, quite soft and easy to use. The designs features characters from Hairy Maclary which is a picture book series that I was, coincidentally, gifted recently (my favourite character is Schnitzel von Krum, the dachshund). They are very well priced and I would be more then happy to continue to use them.
It's giveaway time! Treasures is giving one lucky readers the chance to win $75 worth of nappies!

Good luck to all the participants!

Never heard of this brand before, maybe not available in Malaysia. Tried Huggies on my 1st born, but I dont really like it. I stick to Mamypoko.

Nice giveaway, Trishie. Your baby is so cute!

Sweeeeet!

I love the term nappies. We use diapers here in the US and I love the sound of nappies so much more.

Oh our #sleepingtreasures - A wet nappy is one of the first things to wake our little man. He would wee so much I came up with a plan - I added a super absorbent pad in the nappy as well. This gave extra nappy absorbency and kept him much happier at night. Absorbent training pants were always put over the nappy as well. I only bought 'el cheapos' but I suppose you could go that next step further and buy pads intended for adult leakage. (I'm a follower on Bloglovin' and GFC)

It's funny how we get stuck using brands just because we know them - I love the hairy maclary designs too, they definitely get bonus points for that :)

Alex is so cute! I just had to comment and say that I loved Hairy Maclary as a child - and the dachshund was my favourite too. I used to read the books and watch the cartoon too :-)

Hi Trishie! I love all of Alexanders poses for your pics. He seems like such a little character. We have the Hairy Maclary books too, they are my favourite children's books. I love the flow of them as they rhyme and the cheeky characters. Great to hear that Treasures nappies work so well!
