European cheese pack + good44.com discount code!

You may recall that one of the things I most look forward to doing post pregnancy was quite simply, to eat cheese. A couple of weeks ago, my wish come true when I received a Farmgate European cheese pack from good44.com to review! *Happy dance*
This cheese subscription service, provided by good44.com, delivers a selection of local and imported cheese straight to your door. The package arrived one Friday afternoon while I was out walking bub in the pram. I was initially worried that the cheese might have gone bad because it was left out on a hot day, but because it was packed so well (in a styrofoam box with an ice pack), the contents still felt cold to touch and was totally fine! This is what the pack looked like:
The very next day, Stu and I couldn't resist any longer and decided to devour the pack for lunch. We received the European Picnic cheese consisting of three different imported European cheeses, crispbreads and pinot noir jelly which I served with fresh figs.
We both loved the hard cheddar cheese which was so tasty and full of flavor. My personal favorite was the soft, creamy brie-like one with tasted great with a bit of pinot noir jelly. Stu is a huge fan of the blue cheese and his eyes literally lit up when he bit into it. I liked it too, especially when paired with the jelly, which complemented its bold flavour and crumbly consistency.
You can sign up for the European Picnic (which is what we received), Blue Cheese Lovers (self explanatory) or the Fromagers Choice (consists four local and imported cheese) at a frequency that suits you, be it month, fortnightly, weekly or quarterly. Good44.com delivers Australia-wide except Northern Territory.

Bonus: Good44.com which is a marketplace for many wonderful brands including Farmgate cheese subscriptions and is offering the first 50 readers a 20% discount on any of their products with the code TRISH20, to be used once only per customer. Yay!

*The cheese pack was supplied to me for review however all opinions are my own.

What a lovely little treat for you. I've hopped over to their website to read more about them and their delivery options, but because of the nature of the product I suppose these options will be quite limited.

I feel your no cheese pain, my bestie is pregnant and I threw a baby shower for her this weekend and she told me the only thing she wants me to bring her when she gets out of hospital is cheese and sushi! Must be so hard resisting your favourite foods for so many months!!
