crepe myrtle
reading... The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley. Not usually a fan of murder mysteries but this one is SO cleverly written, I'm loving it so far.

excited about... our little trip to Tasmania in 3 weeks!

ordering... Annabel Karmel's new complete baby and toddler meal planner. So I'll be prepared ready to start Alexander on solids in two months.

planning... to go back to pilates classes and get my core strong again.

watching... whatever is on TV between Alex's bedtime and mine. Mostly just mindless nonsense.

dreaming about... how I'll spend my millions when I win the Lotto. Haha.

Listening to... music from the Where the Wild things are soundtrack. So whimsical, gentle and whole lot less obnoxious than the Wiggles - perfect for playtime with the bub. My favourite tracks? "Igloo" and "Rumpus Reprise"

feeling... relieved. Alexander had to have a hip ultrasound as his crease lines weren't aligned. Turns out he's just so fat he has an extra roll on one leg. Yay for my Michelin man!

wanting...more cool breezes, some respite from this dry summer heat

grateful for...Stu, who made me my favourite fish and chips for dinner last night.

loving... the new laundry Stu built us. Will show you next week after I've styled it.

I'm not a fan of the Wiggles either, but in a lot of circles it's practically taboo to say so hehe. Glad the ultrasound turned out ok. That Stu of yours is amazing, you're on to a winner with him! Oh and I love pilates too, great idea to get back into it, I'm hoping to start again soon too. sparkle2day.com
