DIY Rosemary, lavender and mint foot scrub

Pregnancy sure took its toll on my poor little feet. Not only were they swollen from fluid retention and sore from carrying extra weight around, they were also hugely neglected because I simply couldn't reach my toes! That's why I've decided to treat my dry cracked feet to some sweet smelling TLC with this homemade foot scrub. Rosemary, lavender and mint all from my garden, of course!
You'll need:

Rosemary leaves
Lavender flowers
Mint leaves
1 cup epsom salts
10 drops lavender oil
1/2 cup olive oil
Method

1. Combine epsom salts, olive oil and lavender oil in a bowl.

2. Wash and dry mint leaves before placing on paper plate in a single layer. Microwave and stir in 30 seconds intervals for 2 minutes, until leaves curl and crisp and are easy to crush in your hands.

3. Toss in rosemary, lavender and crushed mint leaves.

4. Store in glass jar. Use as required on sore, tired feet.
