1 cup epsom salts
10 drops lavender oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1. Combine epsom salts, olive oil and lavender oil in a bowl.
2. Wash and dry mint leaves before placing on paper plate in a single layer. Microwave and stir in 30 seconds intervals for 2 minutes, until leaves curl and crisp and are easy to crush in your hands.
3. Toss in rosemary, lavender and crushed mint leaves.
4. Store in glass jar. Use as required on sore, tired feet.
