I turned a year older last week and celebrated with a trip to the Barossa Valley. And because it's Spring, there were pretty flowers everywhere and beautiful fields of canola - the perfect backdrop.

As it turned out, there are some seriously good restaurants in the region. My other favorite dining experience was a luxuriously long lunch at Hentley Farm wines. The food was amazing and so beautifully presented plus the views was amazing, so Stu and I were contented to just sit back and relax. Four hours and 10 courses later, we finished our 'discovery' degustation lunch...just in time for dinner too!
