I'm probably biased, but I suspect autumn in Australia is much more pleasant than elsewhere in the world. Well, actually make that a spectacular time of the year. Most days, the temperature tips just over or under 20°C, making it so delightful to bask in the warmth of the mid day sun while enjoying the crisp cool air. I like to throw on my favourite cardigan and go outside.

My favouritest (a real word in my books) thing about autumn is stepping on dried autumn leaves and hear them go crunch crunch crunch. Also, colourful tree lined streets rate very highly on my list. The roses are taking a break from flowering. That's OK - I have camellias for company. My only gripe, perhaps, is there isn't quite enough sunny hours of the day to go outside. Apart from that, I'm really loving this autumn so far.

I agree! I think Autumn is alot milder in Australia, hence more pleasant. We haven't been seeing much changes in colour in Perth though :(

Fall is my most fave of the season too! The temp starting to dip just enough to cool one off and not too much that one freezes, no? And agree on the changing color of the leaves, love it!:)
I love autumn! but I'm an autumn baby... I'm built for it! the one thing I hate about the cooler weather is getting out of the shower. I HATE stepping out of a warm shower!

Oh wow if all autumns will be of that temperature, it would be really nice. Autumn in Russia is much colder.

Love that you get to experience the leaves changing colour! We don't really get that to a big extent here in Queensland! Although I agree, it's nice to have such sunny autumns :)

Sounds like we've been enjoying exactly the same things this week! I too love the crunch of leaves. I love being able to wear jeans but not have to bulk up too much on layers. Love having you visit my blog, beautiful lady.

You're right that the weather in Oz even in Autumn is so much more pleasant that most countries. My mom who was visiting from NZ was appalled at the horrific wet and cold weather that hovered around 8-12 degree Celsius. That's the English spring weather.
Lucky you to be getting weathers like below 20C. Over here it is like oven everyday. Almost a week now that my car thermometer registered 37-39C =( I'm melting!
