I have a confession: I'm starting to struggle with this a little bit. Some weeks, I get so tempted to rely on old favourites that require little or no effort. Luckily, I am slightly more persistent (and stubborn) than I am lazy, and have managed to stick it out.
Week 14 -Assam fish curry with homegrown okra

And on something totally irrelevant: I'm looking forward to going home today. Today has been the typical hump day; boring, tiring and waaaaay too long. Plus it's pouring outside. And I have a long drive ahead. But at least I know there's a happy wriggly pup waiting for me at home. And that puts a smile on my face.

Awesome work on your cooking project! So lovely to read your thoughts about knowing there is an excited puppy at home. In answer to your question, my dog was very interested in the chooks he met. One chook was also so curious he kept coming right up to us at the dinner table so he could check out my dog! I didn't let them get too close to each other though, given it was their first meeting. Hope your week is starting off well!
holy cow... my mouth is watering. looks so presentable and delicious, trishie!

If this is how you cook for a normal dinner, I think you should open a restaurant. These dishes are absolutely incredible!
