These caramelised chicken wings are quite messy to eat but they are absolutely DELISH, I promise. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty, I have the recipe below.Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
5 garlic cloves, crushed, skin on
1 small red chili, chopped (optional)
1 spring onion, cleaned, whole
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients in a wok and bring to boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes and stir constantly. When cooked, turn on high heat to reduce the sauce and caramelise.
