Caramelised chicken wings

I know a lot of people don't like eating chicken on the bone, but I always think drumsticks and wings are the best bits of a chicken. Part of the fun is getting the meat off hard to reach places, followed by licking all the juices off my fingers!

These caramelised chicken wings are quite messy to eat but they are absolutely DELISH, I promise. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty, I have the recipe below.Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings
5 garlic cloves, crushed, skin on
1 small red chili, chopped (optional)
1 spring onion, cleaned, whole
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients in a wok and bring to boil.

Simmer for 15 minutes and stir constantly. When cooked, turn on high heat to reduce the sauce and caramelise.

Oooh my stomach is rumbling now. Haha, I don't like picking meat off bones, but they are definitely the best bits. I just hate it when it touches my face and the sauce goes all over my cheeks (maybe I eat weird). Chicken thighs are the best!
